
The best way to see the Pantanal is to stay on a fazenda (farm), several of which have built comfortable lodges with knowledgeable local guides.

During the high season (June - September) guests must stay 3 or 4 nights, arriving on a Thursday or a Sunday. No children under 8 years old. It is involved in environmental research and conservation projects, including the Hyacinth Macaw Project, Onçafari (Jaguar) Project and Blue-Fronted Parrot Project. Motor yacht - Northern PantanalBased on the river São Lourenço, 30 minutes south of Porto Jofre, this flat-bottomed river boat has a sun deck, air-conditioned dining room and a living room.
