Description

Nestled between two volcanoes (Tenorio and Miravalles) and surrounded by primary rainforest, this hotel has a simple and contemporary design. An open plan bar/restaurant serves traditional Costa Rican cuisine with a splash of French flair, and has panoramic views towards the Tenorio National Park. Nearby is tropical hot bath - a lovely place to relax after a day of activities.

Activities

Tenorio National Park is just 5km from the hotel and can be reached on foot, bike or horse (all of which can be organised at the hotel). There is a short private trail into primary rainforest, where guests can see monkeys, birds and other mammals.

Accommodation

Rooms are comfortable but have a minimalist feel (furniture is kept to a minimum). Each room faces south-west for the best views of the nearby volcanoes and rainforest.
