Our comments
A great option for those exploring the northern Lake District with a hire car and wanting a stop of a few nights between Puerto Varas and Pucón (each of which are around 200km away).
Client comments and reviews
The Futangue Hotel was really lovely, probably the nicest place we stayed at. We were unlucky with the weather but the hotel itself was a delight.

As a place to stay this was only bettered by EcoCamp and Torres del Paine. The hotel was lovely, the food delicious, the staff incredibly helpful and friendly (well they were Chilean after all!), and the one walk we did (the brilliantly named Sendero Piedras Quemadas) was great. Simply a fabulous place. Could easily have spent a couple of extra days here (we stayed 2 nights).

A standout hotel was Parque Futangue. Brilliant service and great food. Our one full day there was, unfortunately, rained off, but we used the spa.

Futangue was lovely but they do need a bit of support with some ideas, which were passed on. The dinner was good and the room comfortable although there was little storage space.

The hotel is in an amazing location and we had a fantastic time fishing (and caught a lot), and the ladies did a guided hike.
