Pool at the Safari CampYesterday Stephanie Bonham-Carter visited us here in Waddesdon and brought us up-to-date with developments at her and her husband Michael's wonderful Galapagos Safari Camp. Since I visited in 2008 it has really settled into its environment, and their menu of activities has expanded to give a more complete experience of the islands, even for those not combining a stay with a cruise. They have also built a viewing platform with all-round panoramic views, particularly atmospheric at sunset. We all wished we were there!
