Whale watching in Argentina

The sea around the Valdes Peninsula is fabulous for whale watching. One of the best spots is near Puerto Madryn. The best times of year are July to October for Right whales and for killer whales, March and April. To see killer whales one would need to venture out further onto the peninsula and stay at one of the estancias. Penguins, sea lions and elephant seals can also be seen in the area.
