A very comfortable expedition ship (sister to Hebridean Sky) with a couple of lounges, a library (with internet access), a bar, indoor dining room, Al fresco dining area (used when the weather allows) an observation deck, sun deck and infirmary. A lift serves all passenger decks and there is a zodiac boarding platform at the rear of the ship for easy access. The Promenade deck has a complete wrap around outer deck.

Activities

International expedition staff lead shore excursions and give daily lectures on board. Sea kayaking and camping is available on all voyages, at an additional cost (basic previous kayaking experience is necessary). As spaces are limited these additional activities should be booked well in advance.

Accommodation

Cabins are on five decks and vary little in size (from 22 to 30 square metres). They all have beds that can be double or twin, a private bathroom, sitting area and an ocean view, through either windows or portholes. They are also equipped with a flat screen TV, mini-bar and safe. Penthouse and Veranda suites have a small balcony and Promenade suites have floor to ceiling sliding doors allowing direct access onto the wrap around Promenade deck.

Cruises start and end in Ushuaia (Argentina) and the first night is spent in a hotel in Ushuaia.

Window Suite

There are 17 Window Suites on Deck 3 (21 square metres), each with one queen bed, which can be separated into twin beds, a sitting area and a window.

Deluxe Suite

There are 2 Deluxe Suites (22 square metres) at the front of the ship on the Promenade Deck, with a queen bed that can be converted into twin beds, a sitting area, a tinted sliding glass door which opens out onto the wrap around Promenade deck, and a side window. They are slightly larger than the Promenade suites and a complimentary mini-bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) is included.

Owner's Suite

The Owner's Suite is the largest cabin on the Penthouse deck and is the only cabin which has a separate bedroom and sitting area, with a sofa side chairs and a small table. It has one queen bed which can be separated into two twin beds, a private balcony and spacious bathroom. A complimentary mini-bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) and a Nespresso coffee machine are also included.

Penthouse Suite

There are 5 Penthouse Suites (30 square metres) on the Penthouse deck, with a private balcony, sitting area with side chairs and a small table, and one queen bed that can be converted into twin beds. A complimentary mini-bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) and a Nespresso coffee machine are also included.

Porthole Suite

There are 9 Porthole Suites on Deck 2 (22 square metres), with a queen bed that can be converted into twin beds, a sitting area and portholes.

Promenade Suite

There are 13 Promenade Suites (20 square metres) on the Promenade deck, each with a queen bed that can be converted into twin beds, a sitting area and tinted sliding glass doors that open onto the wrap around Promenade deck. A complimentary mini-bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) is also included.

Triple Suite

There are 2 Triple Suites on Deck 3 (21 square metres), both with a window and sitting area. They have one queen bed, which can be separated into twin beds and a smaller single bed only suitable for passengers up to a height of 5'7.

Veranda Suite

There are 8 Veranda Suites (24 square metres) on the Veranda deck, with a private balcony, sitting area with side chairs and a small table, and one queen bed that can be converted into twin beds. A complimentary mini-bar (beer, wine and soft drinks) and a Nespresso coffee machine are also included.

Single travellers can choose between booking a cabin for single use (in which case a single supplement will apply) or sharing a Window Suite with another passenger of the same gender (at no extra cost).
