We love helping our clients plan trips and realise that many are put off even thinking about a holiday by the current uncertainty, so we have decided to introduce what we hope is the simplest and most flexible booking policy in the industry:
Booking policy (new bookings)
Until further notice, we will treat all deposits on new bookings as fully refundable until the final balance is due (generally 12 weeks before departure).
We don't expect this guarantee to significantly limit the variety of options we can offer, which have always been based on the trust we have built up with our partners over the years. We do know that it will give clients maximum flexibility to plan ahead. And when normality returns, if we revert to our pre-Covid booking conditions clients can always choose to have their deposits returned at that point if they are still nervous about travel.
Booking policy (existing bookings)
Until further notice, for any bookings made before 1 April 2020 that subsequently have to be changed due to coronavirus restrictions, we will transfer the Last Frontiers deposit (£500 per person) to a future travel date, as long as the new departure date is within 12 months of the original date of travel, and the new date is agreed by 31 March 2021. This policy does not apply to group tours.
