The estancia has been immaculately furnished with colonial décor and has a comfortable sitting area and good restaurant. View details- Estancia Los Lapachos (Estancia/Ranch - near Jujuy)
Richard and Caroline Leach's home is located between Salta and Jujuy, and is still one of the largest privately-owned sugar cane plantations in the Argentine north-east. They also grow beans, tobacco and cotton and breed cattle and horses. The house was built in the 18th century in the Spanish colonial style, with large, high-ceilinged rooms around a central courtyard. It has a swimming pool and a tennis court. An independent guest wing has four double rooms sharing two bathrooms, and there are two double rooms with a bathroom in the main house. Activities on the estate also include birdwatching and riding. In common with other Argentine estancias, the emphasis is on personal service in a family atmosphere. View details
