Palacio Nazarenas
Hotel entranceOrient Express have just opened the doors to their newest luxury hotel, Palacio Nazarenas. Originally a convent, the historic building, on Inca foundations, has been painstakingly renovated. During the restoration an original fresco and a colonial wooden-tiled ceiling were discovered and repaired.
BedroomThe hotel itself has 55 generously-sized suites. Each room has a personal butler and an iPad is available for guests' use. There is a restaurant, spa and outside heated pool (the first in Cusco!).
Cusco is the gateway to Machu Picchu, the famous Inca citadel.
