Description

A beautiful private villa on Xpu-Ha beach with a spacious living and dining area, lovely gardens that lead directly onto the beach, an outside pool and terrace. It has a minimalistic theme throughout but with Mexican touches and a warm friendly feel. A maid, all food and a cook are included and meals are freshly prepared each day. It also a has a cottage/guest house with additional rooms that is similar in style.

Activities

Enjoy the beach (safe swimming). Visit neaby Mayan ruins including Coba and Tulum.

Accommodation

There are 3 bedrooms in the main house, the two first floor bedrooms both have a terrace overlooking the beach and private bathroom. The main bedroom has a king size bed and Jacuzzi and the second bedroom has twin beds. Decor is minimalistic but the Boveda ceilings give them a unique character. The third bedroom is downstairs with twin beds and no view. The cottage/guest house also has 3 bedrooms and is only ever sold in conjunction with the main house.
