Description

The lodge is set in 20 hectares of private cloud forest and has beautiful views of the forest with self-guided nature walks through it. Inside the lodge is a gallery with local artwork and a dining room. All rooms are scattered in the gardens.

Activities

Nature trails, bird watching tours, excursion to the Cerro de la Muerte (Mountain of Death!)

Accommodation

Rooms are brightly decorated although some are set away from the main building. All rooms have a private bathroom and their own terrace.

Our comments

Some of the terrain around the property is steep and so is not suitable for those with knee problems. There is no restaurant for evening meals at the lodge but can be arranged in a nearby local house, breakfast is provided in the lodge and lunches can be provided too.
