Description

Six cabins in a guesthouse run by an American lady, on the main road into Monteverde but with wonderful views over the trees and hills.

Accommodation

Two of the cabins are on one level (and one is wheelchair accessible), the others are on two levels. There is a honeymoon suite with a large jacuzzi. Each cabin has a private terrace overlooking the canopy. Some of the showers are waterfall effect.

Our comments

The rooms are very heavily decorated but the use of natural woods throughout is effective. Breakfast is served outside on a terrace of the main house and every afternoon Jennifer the ebullient hostess offers afternoon tea and home-made cake.
