“We had a great time, even though it rained an awful lot. We did many a muddy jungle walk! Fortunately, we enjoyed a few very hot and sunny days on the Nicoya peninsula during the last week we were there, which helped dry out our boots and ponchos. Our accommodation was wonderful, some of the best we've ever stayed at. And driving around Costa Rica wasn't nearly as bad as we'd expected, but we'd never have found our way without that satnav - I'm very glad we went for that in the end. “We had a wonderful holiday thank you, especially Buenos Aires which exceeded our expectations [Barcelona on steroids]. We enjoyed the Boca Juniors football match and tour so much that we went to another match the next night at Independiente. We visited the Recoleta cemetery, San Telmo, Caminito and all the other sites in the centre as well as eating majestic steaks. The hotels you chose for us were superb and well situated in BA and Santiago. Our guide in BA was very helpful and gave us some good tips on where to eat etc; all of our guides and drivers were punctual and helpful in all places.
